Deschenes Group to acquire Mueller Flow Control division from Anvil International / Mueller Water Products

Deschenes Group Inc. signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire the Mueller Flow Control division of Mueller Canada Ltd. from Anvil International L.P., a subsidiary of Mueller Water Products Inc. The deal, expected to close in early January 2010, expands DGI's plumbing/HVACR/waterworks distribution across Canada.
