DiversiTech acquires Hilmor HVAC/R tool brand from Stanley Black & Decker

HVAC/R aftermarket component maker DiversiTech acquired the Hilmor tool brand from Stanley Black & Decker, completed Aug. 10. DiversiTech said this was one of 10 acquisitions in the past 24 months.

“DiversiTech Corp., a aftermarket manufacturer and supplier of highly-engineered components for residential and light commercial heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R), announced today that it has acquired Hilmor from Stanley Black & Decker. The acquisition was completed Aug. 10.”
