ECI Software Solutions acquires ThermoGRID

ECI Software Solutions acquired field-service software company ThermoGRID, folding it into ECI's Field Service division to reach residential HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service companies. GrowthPoint Technology Partners advised ThermoGRID; the deal closed September 1, 2020.
