Elgrande International, Inc. completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Intelligent Living Corp. (ILC), a home automation and commercial presentation center solutions provider, on December 8, 2006. The consideration included 10,000,000 shares of Elgrande common stock and a Cdn$150,000 promissory note. ILC specializes in structured wiring, security, internet, lighting, and HVAC control systems.
