EMCOR acquires Midwesco Services (Chicago-area mobile mechanical/refrigeration services)

EMCOR Group purchased Midwesco Services, the mobile services division of Chicago-area Midwesco Mechanical, which provides HVAC, refrigeration and energy retrofit services for commercial/industrial/institutional facilities. EMCOR Services Midwest will integrate it; terms undisclosed.
