EMCOR Group acquires Midwesco Services from Midwesco Mechanical

EMCOR Group purchased Midwesco Services, the mobile services division of Chicago-area Midwesco Mechanical, providing HVAC, refrigeration and energy retrofit services; the division will be integrated into EMCOR subsidiary EMCOR Services Midwest. Terms were not disclosed.
