Emerson Acquires Knurr AG

Emerson announced the acquisition of Knurr AG, a Munich-based enclosure systems and cooling technologies company, for approximately 80 million euros. Knurr will become part of Emerson Network Power, integrating with the Liebert brand and a recent Cooligy acquisition to provide rack solutions and mission-critical cooling for data centers and telecom sites.
