Enertech Global announced the acquisition of the assets and intellectual property of GeoSystems LLC from Research Products Corp. GeoSystems manufactures ECONAR, GeoSource, and HydroHeat geothermal products, which Enertech will now manufacture and sell through GeoSystems' existing dealer and distributor channels.
