Enertech Global acquires GeoSystems geothermal product lines from Research Products Corp.

Enertech Global acquired the assets and intellectual property of GeoSystems LLC (maker of ECONAR, GeoSource, and HydroHeat geothermal products) from Research Products Corp., and will manufacture and sell the lines through its own facilities and GeoSystems' dealer/distributor channels.
