Epta acquires Kysor Warren from Lennox International, forming Kysor Warren Epta US
Italy's Epta S.p.A. acquired commercial refrigeration manufacturer Kysor Warren, previously part of Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration (Lennox International), creating Kysor Warren Epta US Corp. as a North American market entry and expansion move.
