Exigent Group Acquires Ambient Temperature Corp. (ATCO)

Huron Capital's ExecFactor platform, The Exigent Group, has acquired Ambient Temperature Corp. (ATCO), a union mechanical services provider based in Newburyport, Massachusetts. This marks Exigent's fourth acquisition since its August 2022 launch and its first investment in the New England region.
