FARO Technologies Acquires SiteScape

FARO Technologies Inc., a provider of 4D digital reality solutions, has acquired SiteScape, a LiDAR 3D scanning software company for the AEC and O&M markets. The acquisition integrates SiteScape's iOS-enabled LiDAR capture into the FARO Sphere Platform, expanding reality capture methods for construction and facilities customers.
