Fedders acquires assets of Addison Products, forms Fedders Commercial HVAC unit

Fedders Corp. purchased the assets of Addison Products Co. (a division of Heat Controller Inc.), with ~$21 million in trailing sales, and combined it with Fedders Eubank into a new Fedders Commercial HVAC business unit.
