Fedders acquires assets of Addison Products, forms Fedders Commercial HVAC unit

Fedders Corp. purchased the assets of Addison Products Co. (a division of Heat Controller Inc.), a commercial/institutional air conditioning maker with ~$21 million in sales. Addison becomes Fedders Addison Co. and, with Fedders Eubank, forms a new business unit, Fedders Commercial HVAC.
