Ferguson acquires J.D. Daddario Co.

Newport News-based wholesaler Ferguson (owned by Wolseley plc) acquired J.D. Daddario Co., a Massachusetts wholesale distributor of plumbing, hydronics, appliances, lighting and electrical supplies with $60M annual sales and 180 employees, in a stock transaction completed Jan. 31.
