Ferguson acquires National Fire Equipment Ltd. and National Fire Fabrication Ltd.

Ferguson Enterprises finalized the acquisition of National Fire Equipment Ltd. and National Fire Fabrication Ltd., a market leader in fire protection with seven locations across Canada. The acquisition aims to advance Ferguson's Fire & Fabrication strategy in Canada and will be integrated into Wolseley Canada.
