Ferguson (Wolseley) acquires Castle Group and Northern Water Works Supply

Wolseley's Ferguson unit acquired Florida plumbing distributor Castle Group (Lawrence Plumbing Supply, Castle Supply, Castle North) and Northern Water Works Supply in North America.

Castle Group is a distributor of plumbing products with 27 locations in Florida. In 2005, Castle Group’s revenue was $165.3 million and its gross assets were $28.4 million. Ferguson also acquired Northern Water Works Supply Inc.”
