Flow Service Partners, a portfolio company of RLJ Equity Partners and LP First Capital, acquired R Brooks Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning, its fourth add-on, expanding into Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Terms undisclosed.
