GAMA and ARI merge to form AHRI

The Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association (GAMA) and the Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) have approved a merger to create the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI), effective January 1. The new organization will represent manufacturers of appliances, water heaters, commercial food service, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
