GE Vernova and Montana Technologies LLC announced the close of a 50/50 joint venture named AirJoule, LLC. The JV will manufacture and supply air conditioning and atmospheric water harvesting products in the Americas, Africa, and Australia, combining GE Vernova's sorbent materials with Montana's patented AirJoule technology.
