New State Capital Partners-backed platform Harrell-Fish (HFI) acquired Bloomington-based Ecofriendly Mechanical, adding HVAC and energy-efficiency capabilities while retaining local leadership including CEO Andy Hardisty. The add-on came roughly four months after New State established its mechanical contracting platform with HFI in December 2025.
