Harris Products Group (Lincoln Electric) acquires FTP and Shoals Tubular

Harris Products Group, whose parent is Lincoln Electric, acquired HVACR component manufacturers Fabricated Tube Products (FTP) and Shoals Tubular Inc., expanding its HVACR coil-fabrication portfolio. Lincoln Electric finalized both deals in July. Strategic manufacturer acquisition, not a PE home-service roll-up.
