Dutch marine HVAC and refrigeration supplier Heinen & Hopman bought a 60% stake in Norwegian marine refrigeration firm Teknotherm Marine AS (including subsidiaries in China, Poland, Turkey, Sweden and Tromsø); former sole owner Eagle AS retained 40%.
