Hill Phoenix acquired certain assets and intellectual property of Tyler Refrigeration, a unit of Carrier Corp., including select equipment, order backlog, IP, service parts business, and Tyler's five service/installation branch businesses. Carrier retained the Niles, Mich. manufacturing facility.
