Hitachi targets global AC expansion via Bosch Home Comfort post-JV

Following the JV sale, Hitachi plans to integrate development, manufacturing, sales and maintenance for its Japan commercial AC business through the Shimizu factory and accelerate expansion into green buildings and data centres via the Bosch Home Comfort Group.
