Home Depot unit SRS to acquire HVAC distributor Mingledorff's

Residential Services Group (SRS), a Home Depot unit, announced the acquisition of Mingledorff's, an HVAC distributor with 42 locations across five states. The deal adds HVAC distribution as a new vertical for SRS and is expected to close in Q2 fiscal 2026.
