Honeywell acquires Inncomm (energy management / in-room controls)

Honeywell acquired Inncomm, a privately held maker of software-based energy management solutions and in-room controls for lodging, healthcare and education, to expand its building management offerings. Inncomm had 2011 sales of $24 million. Terms were not disclosed.
