Honeywell to acquire Sempra Generation's energy services group

Honeywell announced an agreement to acquire the energy services group of Sempra Generation (a subsidiary of Sempra Energy), to be integrated into Honeywell Building Solutions. No terms were disclosed and the deal was expected to close early in the second quarter.
