Ingersoll-Rand acquired the technology assets and intellectual property of Agilis Energy, a Raleigh, NC energy data analytics company, to bolster its Trane Energy Services business. Agilis's CEO joined Ingersoll Rand as VP of energy services and controls for its commercial HVAC business; terms were not disclosed.
