Ingersoll Rand acquires APSCO, Blutek, and UT Pumps for $135 million

Ingersoll Rand has completed the acquisition of Air Power Systems Co., LLC (APSCO), Blutek s.r.l., and UT Pumps & Systems Private Limited for a combined price of approximately $135 million.
