Ingersoll-Rand Enters $1B Revolving Credit Facility

Ingersoll-Rand plc and its subsidiaries entered into a new $1 billion senior unsecured revolving credit agreement with a syndicate of banks. The five-year facility replaces a prior 2014 credit agreement and will be used for working capital, commercial paper support, and general corporate purposes.
