Intelligent Highway Solutions completes acquisition of Cresent Construction via TCA-funded SPV

Intelligent Highway Solutions, Inc. (IHSI) confirmed the partial completion of a funding involving the acquisition of Cresent Construction Company, Inc. A special purpose vehicle, TCA Cresent Construction, LLC, was created to make the acquisition, funded by a $5.0 million credit facility from TCA Global Master Credit Fund, LP.
