Johnson Controls acquires Synchrony from Siemens

Johnson Controls acquired Synchrony, a magnetic bearing technology developer that was part of Siemens Gas and Power, in a deal that closed Nov. 1 to enhance its centrifugal chiller products. Terms were not disclosed.
