Kele Inc. acquires Temperature Control Systems (third deal in two years)

HVAC controls distributor Kele Inc. completed its acquisition of Temperature Control Systems Inc., a Dallas-based commercial HVAC controls and building automation distributor, expanding Kele's footprint in the south-central U.S. This marks Kele's third acquisition in under two years, following Control Consultants Inc. (Oct 2017) and MIControls.
