Kelvin Group acquires Refrigeration Design & Service Inc.

The Kelvin Group, backed by Southfield Capital, acquired Refrigeration Design & Service Inc. (RD&S), an industrial refrigeration provider, expanding its footprint across the Northeast, mid-Atlantic, and Southeast. This is a PE-backed platform add-on.
