Kelvin Group acquires Refrigeration Design & Service Inc. (RD&S)

Southfield Capital-backed Kelvin Group acquired industrial refrigeration provider RD&S, expanding its footprint across the Northeast, mid-Atlantic, and Southeast. RD&S joins ARC and HCG Associates under the Kelvin parent.
