Langan Engineering & Environmental Services has acquired Adams Consulting Engineers Inc., a Dallas-based land development engineering and landscape architecture firm with additional offices in Austin and Tyler, Texas. This is only the second acquisition in Langan's 50-year history and accelerates its growth in Texas, expanding its workforce to over 1,300 employees across 36 offices.
