Legrand acquires Champion ONE family of brands from A&M Capital Opportunities

Legrand acquired the Champion ONE (C1) family of optical networking brands (Champion ONE, Approved Networks, U.S. Critical) from PE firm A&M Capital Opportunities, folding them into its Data, Power and Control division. This is a PE sponsor exit / strategic add-on in data infrastructure.
