Legrand acquires Champion ONE family of brands from A&M Capital Opportunities

Legrand acquired the Champion ONE optical-networking brands (Champion ONE, Approved Networks, U.S. Critical) from PE seller A&M Capital Opportunities for its data center / mission-critical IT infrastructure division. This is electrical/data-center infrastructure M&A, not home-service trade consolidation, but a PE seller is involved.
