Lennox International to Acquire Kysor/Warren from Manitowoc

Lennox International Inc. signed a definitive agreement with The Manitowoc Company to acquire substantially all the assets of its Kysor/Warren business for $138 million. Kysor/Warren manufactures refrigerated systems and display cases for supermarkets. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2011 and be accretive to GAAP earnings.
