Lennox International to Close Bellevue, Ohio Operations and Consolidate in South Carolina

Allied Air Enterprises, a division of Lennox International, announced plans to consolidate its manufacturing, distribution, R&D, and administrative operations in South Carolina and close its current operations in Bellevue, Ohio. The consolidation is expected to be completed by the end of Q1 fiscal 2007 and will incur approximately $20 million in pre-tax restructuring charges.
