Marketair acquires RD-/PD-Series distribution rights from RectorSeal

Marketair acquired the North American distribution rights and inventory for the Inaba Denko RD-Series and PD-Series VRF/VRV lineset enclosure systems from prior distributor RectorSeal Corp. This is a product-line distribution-rights transfer, not a corporate M&A roll-up.
