Masco Corp. acquires Erickson Construction Co. and Guy Evans Inc.

Masco Corp. has acquired Erickson Construction Co. and Guy Evans Inc., integrating them into its Masco Services Group to manage framing processes and install millwork, doors, windows, and bath hardware for homebuilders. The combined entities are expected to generate $200 million in annual sales.
