Mestek Canada acquires heat pump/chiller maker Transom Corp.

Mestek Canada acquired Transom Corp., a designer/manufacturer of heat pumps and chillers, which becomes a wholly owned subsidiary. Mestek Inc. is a family-run group of more than 46 specialty manufacturers.
