MiTek (Berkshire Hathaway) acquires TMI and sister company Miller-Sage

TMI, a manufacturer/installer of customized commercial air handling systems, was acquired by MiTek Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary; the deal also included TMI's sister company Miller-Sage. TMI will operate as a separate subsidiary with existing management retained.
