MiTek (Berkshire Hathaway) acquires TMI and sister company Miller-Sage

MiTek Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, acquired TMI, a manufacturer/installer of customized air handling systems, along with its sister company Miller-Sage.
