MiTek (Berkshire Hathaway) acquires Wrightsoft

MiTek Industries acquired Wrightsoft Corp., a provider of HVAC system design and energy-code-compliance software, expanding into energy load calculation and HVAC system design. Wrightsoft joins the MiTek and Berkshire Hathaway family.
