MiTek (Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary) acquires Heat Pipe Technology

MiTek Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, acquired Heat Pipe Technology Inc., a maker of energy-recovery and dehumidification heat-pipe systems for commercial/industrial/institutional HVAC. Heat Pipe will operate as a separate MiTek subsidiary; founder Khanh Dinh stays on for product development.
