Modine Manufacturing Acquires Scott Springfield MFG Inc.

Modine Manufacturing Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Modine Manufacturing (Canada) Ltd., completed the acquisition of Scott Springfield MFG Inc. from Olympic International Agencies Ltd. The deal closed on March 1, 2024, for an aggregate purchase price of $257.0 million (CDN), or approximately $191 million (US), on a cash-free, debt-free basis.
