Modine Manufacturing to Acquire Luvata Heat Transfer Solutions

Modine Manufacturing Company entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire seven target companies representing the Luvata Heat Transfer Solutions business from Luvata Heat Transfer Solutions II AB. The aggregate consideration is approximately $422 million, consisting of cash and stock.
